This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of byesu.com and its related subdomains and APIs (the "Service"), operated by byesu (半页酥). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. The Service is an API gateway and aggregation platform providing access to third-party AI models; keeping it available for everyone requires that all users follow these rules.
1. No Illegal Use
You may not use the Service to generate, process, store, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, or to facilitate illegal activity. This includes, without limitation:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors;
- content that facilitates violence, terrorism, or the development of weapons;
- malware, and content designed to enable unauthorized access to systems or data;
- content that infringes intellectual property or violates others' privacy or publicity rights;
- fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
- unlawful processing of personal data, including that of third parties.
2. Compliance with Upstream Provider Policies
The Service routes your requests to third-party model providers. Your use of any model through the Service must comply with the usage policies of the upstream provider of that model, including as applicable the usage policies of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI. Those providers may refuse, filter, or flag requests under their own systems; attempting to circumvent an upstream provider's safety systems, content filters, or usage restrictions through the Service is a violation of this AUP. If an upstream provider's policy is stricter than this AUP for a given use, the stricter policy applies to your use of that provider's models.
3. Geographic Restrictions and Sanctions
The Service is not available in every jurisdiction. The Service is not offered in mainland China. You may not use the Service from, or on behalf of any person or entity in, a jurisdiction where we do not offer the Service, or where your use would violate applicable law.
The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, individuals or entities located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or by anyone on an applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. Using technical means to disguise your location or identity in order to access the Service from such a jurisdiction is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination. For the current scope of availability and the categories of excluded regions, see Supported Regions.
4. No Abuse or Fraud
You may not:
- create accounts or obtain balance through fraudulent means, including stolen payment instruments or abuse of promotional or bonus credits;
- use multiple accounts to evade per-account limits, bans, or suspensions;
- share, sublicense, or make your API keys available in a manner intended to evade metering, quotas, or these policies;
- misrepresent your identity to us or interfere with our ability to enforce these policies;
- probe, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, keys, or data.
5. Rate Limits and Fair Use
We enforce rate limits and quotas to keep the Service stable for all users. You may not attempt to circumvent or evade rate limits, quotas, or concurrency restrictions, whether by rotating keys or accounts, spoofing request metadata, or any other technique. Automated traffic patterns that degrade the Service for others — including sustained request floods, deliberate retry storms, or abusive scraping of the Service's interfaces — may be throttled or blocked without notice. If your workload has legitimate needs beyond published limits, contact us at bysu721@gmail.com to discuss options.
6. High-Stakes and Sensitive Uses
AI model output can be wrong. You may not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example, medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety-critical decisions) without qualified human review. You are responsible for any disclosures to your own end users that applicable law requires when they interact with AI-generated content.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP using the usage and billing metadata described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on severity, enforcement may include: warning; throttling; suspension of specific API keys; suspension or termination of the account; and, where legally required, reporting to authorities. For serious violations — including sanctions circumvention, fraud, or illegal content — we may terminate immediately and without prior notice, and any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. In other cases of termination for cause, remaining balance is handled case by case as described in the Refund Policy.
We may also act on enforcement signals we receive from upstream providers (for example, when a provider suspends credentials or flags traffic associated with your requests).
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, or believe your account has been used by someone else in violation of it, report it to bysu721@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time, including to reflect changes in upstream providers' policies or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
