Service-Specific Terms

These Service-Specific Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply specifically to the byesu API gateway service (the "Service") — an aggregation layer that routes your requests to upstream model providers. Together with the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced in the Terms of Service, they form the agreement between you and us; in the event of a conflict with the general Terms of Service, these Service-Specific Terms prevail with respect to the Service.
1. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee (no SLA). Models, endpoints, pricing multipliers, and features may be added, changed, throttled, or removed at any time, including in response to upstream provider changes.
2. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Your account group may be subject to request-rate (RPM) and concurrency limits. You must not use automation to abuse, overload, or circumvent these limits, or to probe the platform.
3. Quotas, Credits, and Balance
Usage is metered and billed against your balance and credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value; promotional or bonus credits may expire or be revoked. Group rate multipliers determine the effective price of each model. Refunds relating to your balance and credits (including how unsuccessful tasks are handled) are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. API Keys
API keys are issued to your account and must be kept confidential. We may rotate or revoke keys, or temporarily restrict access, to protect platform security or to comply with upstream provider requirements.
5. Upstream Provider Terms
Because your requests are routed through our gateway to third-party model providers, your use of the Service is also subject to their terms and usage policies. If a model becomes unavailable upstream, it may become unavailable here without notice.
6. Beta and Experimental Features
Features marked as beta or experimental are provided "as is," may be unstable, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. No Resale or Account Sharing
Unless explicitly authorized by us in writing, you may not resell the Service or share your account or API keys with third parties.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms or the general Terms of Service.
